Terms of service
The rules for using TopUpify. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. Using this site
By placing an order you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you give us is accurate. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
2. Products
We sell digital codes and credits. Product images and descriptions are a guide. Where a product requires a Player ID, username or account email to deliver, you are responsible for entering it correctly. Mistakes in these details can prevent delivery and can affect refund eligibility.
3. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are shown in the currency you select and may change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud, and will refund you in full if we have already taken payment.
4. Payment
We currently accept the offline payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is due before we begin processing an order. Orders that are not paid within the period shown may be cancelled. Payments made to any other account than the one we show you at checkout are not recognised and will delay your order.
5. Delivery
Automated orders are normally delivered within 5-60 minutes of payment being confirmed. Orders that need a manual check can take up to 3 hours. You will receive an email containing your codes and can track your order with your reference at any time.
6. Refunds and replacements
Because most products are digital and immediately usable, we cannot offer refunds once a code has been delivered, except where the code is faulty, invalid or the wrong product. Our refund and replacement policy explains this in full. Where we agree to a refund, it is returned using the same method you paid with.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to anything you upload to the site. You grant us only the permission needed to display it as part of running the store.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TopUpify is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the purchased products, including losses from third-party platforms we do not control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
